PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the simplification of a mechanism, and also, improve operability and achieve miniaturization. SOLUTION: A guide part 13 constituted of a first guide groove 14 and a second guide groove 15 bent with respect to the first guide groove is formed in a base body 10. A first pin to be guided 22 and a second pin to be guided 23 that are freely slidably engaged with the guide part are provided on a cover body 19. When the first pin 22 is engaged with the first guide groove and the second pin 23 is engaged with the second guide groove, the cover body is held in a closed position. When pressurizing the moving operation part 20a of the cover body that is held in the closed position toward a direction different from the sliding direction of the cover body, the cover body is rotated taking the second pin 23 as a fulcrum, then, the first pin 22 is engaged with the second guide groove, then, the cover body is made to slide to be made in an open position with the energizing force of an elastic member 24.
