PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic valve device composed of a butterfly valve wherein a test water control valve and a test water release valve are opens and closes by means of a single driving mechanism, facilitating opening and closing operation of the valves, and downsizing and cost reduction are achieved. SOLUTION: The water control valve 22 is arranged between a secondary side flow passage and a secondary side pipe, and opens and closes to control flow of secondary side pressurized water from the secondary side flow passage to the secondary side pipe. The test water release valve 23 is arranged in a test water release branched pipe diverging from the secondary side flow passage, and opens and closes to control flow of the secondary side pressurized water via the test water release branched pipe. The water control valve 22 and the test water release valve 23 are the butterfly valve, and fixed to a single valve rod 24 so as to form 90 degrees with respect to each other. The water control valve and the test water release valve are configured in such a way that one of the valves opens and the other valve closes when the valve rod 24 is driven by an electric actuator 25.
