PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclusion complex of an unsaturated monomer and its polymer and a preparation method for them. SOLUTION: This invention describes a water soluble homopolymer made by polymerizing a monomer containing plural unsaturated bonds. These monomers make an inclusion complex with cyclodextrine and methyl-cyclodextrine. The unsaturated site involved during forming the inclusion complex does not participate in a polymerization reaction. After recovering the cyclodextrine, the polymer containing the plural unsaturated bonds is further polymerizable by a thermal initiator and/or a photo-initiator, and forms a cross-linked polymer.
