PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film delivery unit smoothly and surely delivering a thin and flexible band-like film. SOLUTION: The film delivery unit includes: a frame 10 in which a pair of opposed support plates 11 and 11 are connected to each other through connection members 12, 13, and 14; a delivery roller 20 supported on these support plates 11 and 11 of the frame 10; a downstream-side base material shaping member 30 attached to these support plates 11 and 11; a pair of base material shape-retaining guides 40 and 40 fixed at their lower ends to the base material shaping member 30; and an upstream-side base material shaping member 50 mounted on upper end portions of these base material shape-retaining guides 40 so as to hold the delivery roller 20 between itself and the upstream-side base material shaping member 30. The downstream-side base material shaping member 30 and the upstream-side base material shaping member 50 cause curvature in a label forming base material M in a width direction thereof.
