摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an EGR amount control strong against disturbance and highly accuracy, in an exhaust gas recirculation device for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas recirculation device 1 for an internal combustion engine 2 includes: a turbocharger 6 having a turbine 62 disposed to an exhaust pipe 5 and a compressor 61 disposed to an intake pipe 4; a low-pressure passage 11 connecting the downstream of the turbine 62 of the exhaust pipe 5 with the upstream of the compressor 61 of the intake pipe 4 to recirculate the exhaust gas from the engine 2 to the intake pipe 4; a high-pressure passage 15 connecting the upstream of the turbine 62 of the exhaust pipe 5 with the downstream of the compressor 61 of the intake pipe 4 to recirculate the exhaust gas to the intake pipe 4; an intake throttle valve 7 disposed to the upstream to which the low-pressure passage 11 of the intake pipe 4 is connected, to change the flow passage area of intake air; and an exhaust throttle valve 10 disposed to the downstream to which the low-pressure passage 11 of the exhaust pipe 5 is connected, to change a flow passage area of the exhaust gas. When the exhaust gas passes through the low-pressure passage 11, an ECU performs an open-loop control of the exhaust throttle valve 10 and a closed-loop control of the intake throttle valve 7.
