PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate uneasy feeling by keeping a user from seeing instantaneous light in breakage of a high-voltage high-current part due to aged use and to make a product in a compact size by decreasing a distance from an inlet port or an exhaust port to the high-voltage high-frequency part and minimizing a circuit board to decrease the height of a body. SOLUTION: The rice cooker with a warmer includes: a removable pot; a body having a closed-end cylindrical pot storing part at the top; a heating means for heating the pot; a high frequency power supply means for supplying high frequency power to the heating means; and a cooling fan for cooling the high frequency power supply means. The body has the inlet port and an exhaust port for sucking and discharging the outside air to and from the cooling fan at the bottom. A capacitor for high frequency power or a high frequency power generating semiconductor element fitted to the high frequency power supply means is not observed from the outside of the body through the inlet port and the exhaust port.
