<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle equipped with a traction load-controlling function capable of taking a safety countermeasure in the case that the traction load of a ground-working machine linked to the working vehicle becomes large. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the process that the traction load of an implement 84 of a tractor vehicle T is becoming large, in spite of performing the elevation of output of a lifting up and down cylinder 70 for elevating the implement 84 by exceeding a prescribed first threshold load value of the traction load, the traction load becomes large, and then there is a possibility of developing mechanical destruction in the traveling vehicle T. Therefore, in the case that the traction load is becoming large by exceeding the prescribed first threshold load value, even if the elevating output of the implement 84 becomes large, a gearing position of a transmission K is decelerated eg. by one step.
