The device comprising, in the at least one organic layer, a compound represented by formula (I): where Qs each independently represents a t-butyl group or a trimethylsilyl group; when the compound has a plurality of Rs, the RS each independently represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cyano group, an aryl group, or a heteroaryl group; and n stands for 1 or 2.
