Provided is a coaxial connector device, which can exhibit such a proper characteristic impedance, while being reduced in an entire size, as matches the characteristic impedance of a coaxial cable to be connected through a partner connector device to be fitted and connected thereto, for example. The coaxial connector device is constituted by combining a signaling contacting conductor (13), which includes a contacting connecting portion (13a) and a signaling connecting portion (13b), and a connecting contacting conductor (15), which includes an annular portion (15a) for enclosing the contacting connecting portion (13a), an earthing connecting portion (15b) and a connecting portion (15c) for mounting the former two portions, onto an insulating base (12) to be arranged in a circuit substrate. A groove (16) is formed in a portion of a circuit substrate facing portion (12a) of the insulating base (12) and between the signaling contacting conductor (13) and the connecting contacting conductor (15), and the connecting portion (15c) in the connecting contacting conductor (15) is displaced in a direction apart from the signaling contacting conductor (13). |
