<p>Provided is a method for brewing black tea capable of brewing black tea with good flavor in a short time. The method for brewing black tea includes a step of putting tea leaves or a tea bag in a brewing container; a first brewing step of putting half the usual amount or less of hot water in the brewing container after putting step and transferring a first brewed liquid obtained by brewing for a brewing time which is three-tenth the usual brewing time or less to a container; a second brewing step of performing, at least twice, a procedure of putting half the usual amount or less of hot water in the brewing container in which the tea leaves or tea bag subjected to the first brewing are/is placed after this first brewing step and transferring a second brewed liquid obtained by brewing for a brewing time which is three-tenth the usual brewing time or less to a container; and a mixing step of mixing the second brewed liquid obtained by brewing in second brewing step and the first brewed liquid obtained by brewing in the first brewing step.</p> |
