Pressure sensor comprises a sensor element(2), a cylindrical ring (6) and a flat membrane (4) with an upper side (8) and a lower side (10). An electrical resistor is located on the top of the membrane, and its conductivity changes when the membrane deforms. A housing (26) holds the sensor, and a pressurizing fluid can be fed under the membrane via a sleeve that extends into the sensor cut out.
