摘要 <p>The method for the production of copper-based dispersion materials (13) having a heat conductivity of 130 W/(m.K) and an electric conductivity of 20 MS/m after the consolidation to a rigid component or a semi-finished product, comprises providing a base material (10) in powder form, providing particles (11) of chemically inert materials, introducing the base materials and the particles in a container (20), and subjecting the base material powder and the particle with mechanical impulses of 12000-110000 minutes. The method for the production of copper-based dispersion materials (13) having a heat conductivity of 130 W/(m.K) and an electric conductivity of 20 MS/m after the consolidation to a rigid component or a semi-finished product, comprises providing a base material (10) in powder form, providing particles (11) of chemically inert materials, introducing the base materials and the particles in a container (20), and subjecting the base material powder and the particle with mechanical impulses of 12000-110000 minutes so that a mixture of the base material and the particle enters and the particle disperses with the base material powder. The produced dispersion material has a heat conductivity of 200-350 W/(m.k) and an electric conductivity of 30-50 Ms/m. The mixture of base material and the inert particle has a weight portion of maximum 30%. The application of the base material and the particle is carried out with mechanical impulses through baffles (31). For producing impulses, a relative rotation is carried out between the baffle and the container, so that the velocity determining the impulse is an angular velocity. The container is fixed for realizing the relative movement and the baffle rotates around a common axis in the container. The base material powder and the particle are transferred in turbulent movements through the application of the impulse and a mixture is realized so that it comes not only to impulses between the baffle and the base material and/or the particle and also to impulses between the base material and the particle. The baffles are fixed in hollow area of the container for realizing the relative movement and the container rotates around an axis. The mixing and pressure application are carried out through the impulse application and shearing forces are applied in the mixture that causes contributions to the dispersion. The volume of the mixture of the base material and the particle to the volume of the container has a ratio of 0.8-1. A copper-based material is used as base material and the grain size of the powder of the base material is 20-200 mu m. The particle has a melting temperature of 1337 K. The particle has a size of 10 nm to 10 mu m. The particles are made of ceramic or intermetallic materials. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of a component or semi-finished product.</p>
