<p>In current architectures it is not possible to customise a multistandard protocol stack across all layers of the OSI model. Therefore an architecture for centralizing communications standards in a generalist and flexible framework is disclosed. This architecture comprises at least a protocol entity- topped and/or bottomed by an adaptation layer; - at least an access channels enabling a unidirectional incoming access to a protocol entity or to an adaptation layer; - at least a micro-processing unit per protocol entity and associated thereto; - a channel scheduler; - a time manager; - a protocol stack manager.</p> |
