摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling and heating device capable of improving energy efficiency by keeping a necessary condensation temperature of a refrigerant even in a cooling and heating operation. SOLUTION: In a refrigerant flow channel for the cooling and heating operation, since a forth expansion valve 53d for reducing a pressure of the refrigerant radiating heat on the upstream side of first to third expansion valves 53a, 53b, 53c in radiators 36a, 36b of heated storage sections 30a, 30b, the condensation temperature of the refrigerant circulated in a refrigerant flow channel for the cooling and heating operation can be kept higher than a condensation temperature of the refrigerant circulated in the refrigerant flow channel for a cooling operation by making a decompression ratio of the refrigerant circulated in the refrigerant flow channel for the cooling and heating operation higher than that of the refrigerant circulated in the refrigerant flow channel for the cooling operation, thus the storage sections 30a, 30b heated by heat energy from the radiators 36a, 36b can be surely heated, and energy efficiency can be improved.
