<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device allowing even a user who is limited in available function to easily and accurately use the limited function only in a specific process flow. <P>SOLUTION: A user (A) is allowed to use transmission function, and a user B is not allowed to use the transmission function. The user A creates a process flow in which a scanned document is transmitted to a dedicated holder of a server 104. The user A creates an account of the same authority as the user A, embeds account information thereof in the formed process flow, and stores the process flow. The user B tries to execute the process flow formed by the user A. The transmission is prohibited by the authority of the user B.
