PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the axial dimension of a rotary electric machine. SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine includes a stator coil, arcuate first circuit rings 41 and 42, and arcuate second circuit rings 51 and 52. The stator coil includes a first three-phase coil 10 and a second three-phase coil 20. A plurality of the first circuit rings 41 and 42 are arranged axially at intervals in a first space 19 demarcated by a boundary plane 81 including a rotating shaft 1. A plurality of the second circuit rings 51 and 52 are arranged in a second space 29 opposite to the first space 19 across the boundary plane 81. The coil ends 15 and 16 of the first three-phase coil 10 are connected to the first circuit rings 41 and 42.
