PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of collision marks by preventing collision of an optical disk being ejected and a disk stopper. SOLUTION: A disk loading device includes a transportation mechanism which can transport an optical disk, a disk stopper 15 which is abutted to an outer edge of the optical disk and can move in the insertion/ejection direction, a stopper arm 16 which regulates the disk stopper at the prescribed position in accordance with a diameter of the optical disk and which can be turned, a disk selector 8 which is abutted to an outer edge of the optical disk, which regulates turning of the stopper arm at a position in accordance with the diameter of the optical disk, and which can be turned, and an energizing member energizing the disk stopper or the stopper arm toward an initial position. During ejection of the optical disk, when the optical disk is ejected to at least the vicinity of a position where an outer periphery of the optical disk starts to abut on the disk stopper when the optical disk is inserted, the disk selector releases regulation of turning of the stopper arm, and the stopper arm and the disk stopper can return to the initial position.
