PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of preventing a service agent side from illicitly acquiring data at a service user side while allowing the service agent side to access the data. SOLUTION: A service information database 130 stores information for service users. An AP service 310 which is an application service for providing functions of applications to the service users accesses the service information database 130 using logical database information. An access IF 121 receives an access request with designated logical database information from the AP service 310. A DB information extraction function 122 extracts physical database information corresponding to the logical database information designated in the access request in reference to a DB information database 123.
