PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generates arrangement instruction information to arrange a plurality of objects, in respective arrangeable areas existing discontinuously in a memory, without being overlapped with an arrangement-prohibited area. SOLUTION: This program is constituted to obtain a size and an address of each object to be arranged in the memory, from map information generated by a linker, to obtain a size and an address of the arrangeable area that is an area for rearranging the objects and defined preliminarily, to set an arrangement priority of each object in each arrangeable area, based on the arrangement instruction information referred for generating the map information by the linker, to determine a combination of the objects arrangeable in the arrangeable area and having total size not exceeding the size of the arrangeable area, based on the arrangement priority, when total size of the objects desired to be arranged in the arrangeable area is larger than the size of the arrangeable area, and to update the arrangement instruction information so as to bring an indication of arranging the objects included in the combination in the arrangeable area.
