PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure that suppresses a situation of electric disconnection between a substrate of an electrooptical panel and a flexible substrate, an electrooptical device, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The mounting structure includes a circuit board 60 having a circuit electrically connected to the electrooptical panel 40, a first connector 62 mounted to the circuit board 60, the flexible substrate 70 fitted with a second connector 71 at one end side, and a substrate case 80 storing the circuit board 60. The substrate case 80 has an insertion portion 90 at a predetermined position in a direction where the second connector 71 is released from being joined to the first connector 62 with respect to the installation position of the second connector 71. Then, the flexible substrate 70 is extended from the second connector 71 to an outer surface side of the substrate case 80 through the insertion portion 90, and folded back at the insertion portion 90 to be arranged along the outer surface of the substrate case 80, and has the other end led out of a region where the flexible substrate overlaps the substrate case 80.
