PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uninterruptible power tool that surely ensures electric contact in a cable clamp section in a bypass device that is used in order to replace a meter by uninterruptibly short-circuiting a power source side cable connected to the meter and a load side cable. SOLUTION: A cable clamp that is adapted to electrically connect an insulation clad cable used for the power source side cable or the load side cable to a bypass cable, is formed of a clamp body 2 and a clamp screw 4. A ring-shaped blade 5 is formed at the end portion of the clump screw 4. Accordingly, an insulation clad 11 of the insulation clad cable 6 is pushed and cut by the ring-shaped blade 5 so that a conductor 12 and the bypass cable 1 are electrically connected to each other. A ring-shaped blade hole 13 and a through-hole 14 are formed on the clamp screw 4. Insulation clad scrap chips of the insulation clad cable that are formed in the clamping are sequentially discharged from a screw top 8 of the clamp screw 4 through the holes so that an adequate electric connection and a mechanical holding force are achieved.
