PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control system for properly changing a processing unit of vehicle control based on a life cycle set according to a function of the vehicle control. SOLUTION: A function domain ECU 200, 202, 204, 206 executes control processing of controlling behavior of a control target in each function domain. An execution management means 110 of an intra box 100 manages execution order of the control processing executed by the function domain ECUs, and common processing of the vehicle control executed by a common processing means 120 of the intra box 100 in time of a start and an end of the vehicle control accompanying a start and a stop of an engine. Processing of the vehicle control is classified based on a length of the life cycle set based on a parameter stored in a parameter storage means 112. For example, the life cycle of power management processing based on an electric property of a battery, executed by the intra box 100 is longer than parking assist processing of a vehicle executed by the function domain ECU.
