PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify device configuration and reduce cost by distributing time information from a specific alarm to the other alarm by using an intercommunication function by a cooperative group. SOLUTION: A group code 36 of a group for an alarm as well as a cooperative group code 38 of the other group that cooperates with the above alarm, are registered in a memory 16. A failure monitoring part 54 issues an alarm by itself when detecting a failure, and transmits an event signal of the failure including a transmission source code of the memory 16, the group code 36 and the cooperative group code 38. A first cooperative alarm 56 determines, on the basis of the group code included in a reception event signal from the other residential alarm and the group code of the storage part, that the alarms are belonging to the same group, and outputs a cooperative alarm. When it is determined that the alarms are not belonging to the same group, a second cooperative alarm 58 determines, on the basis of a cooperative group code included in the reception event signal from the other home alarm and the cooperative group code of the storage part, that whether the alarms are belonging to the same cooperative group, and outputs the cooperative alarm.
