PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broaching tool capable of cutting in a stable state and enhancing machining precision as vibration, rotation and movement of a workpiece can be restrained while cutting. SOLUTION: In the broaching tool 1 in which a plurality of cutting blades 4 are aligned along a tool feeding direction 3, ridge parts 6 for supporting thrust force of cutting resistance applied to the cutting blades are formed in flanks of the cutting blades 4. The height of the cutting blades 4 becomes gradually taller toward a rear side in the tool feeding direction and the height of the ridge parts 6 of the cutting blades becomes gradually taller toward the rear side in the tool feeding direction.
