PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maki it possible to collect dusts such as paper powder generated by slide contact of a paper side restraining member and paper without a load onto a paper conveyance. SOLUTION: A paper powder holding member 10 is installed to a paper side restraining member 8 on a face different from a paper contact face 9. Even when the paper powder is generated on the paper contact face 9, the paper powder is held by the paper powder holding member 10, so as to prevent the powder from falling onto the paper face. Also, even if there is the paper powder holding member 10, the paper powder holding member 10 does not contact a side end of the paper 7 directly, so as to restrain influence to a feeding performance due to an excessive conveying load.
