PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elevator landing door unlocking device capable of maintaining a designability of an elevator, and preventing disengagement of a lock part and a locked part due to a trick. SOLUTION: This elevator landing door unlocking device disengages a locking part 4 rotatably provided to a door hanger 3 mounted to an upper part of a landing door from a latch 5 provided above a landing entrance/exit opened or closed by the landing door and engaged with the locking part 4 to restrain the landing door from moving a door opening direction. This device comprises: keyhole nozzles, which are provide to three vertical frames and on which keyholes are formed; a first lever provided to the keyhole nozzle and rotating together with the key inserted in the keyhole; and a movable part 8 provided to the door hanger 3 and rotating the lock part 4 in a direction for disengaging the latch 5 while pressing the lock part 4 in connection with the rotation of the first lever.
