<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device capable of detecting an injector having an excessive static leakage amount, and an accumulator fuel injection system using the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device employed for an accumulator fuel injection system determines whether the abnormality of a static leakage amount inside an injector exists by detecting the downtrend of a residual pressure in a common rail after engine stop and comparing the detected downtrend of residual pressure with a criterion.
