PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which has hardness and solvent resistance endurable to a washing process in assembling modules at a manufacturing stage of a product and a high antistatic property with high transparency, having an surface treatment on a glass plate as transparent base and coating composition which includes a volume fraction for conductive inorganic particles satisfying specific conditions. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film is coated with the coating composition including the conductive inorganic particles and resin component on the transparent base material, and it is the glass base treated by a silane coupling material and the volume fraction for the conductive inorganic particles of the composition is 25% or more and 55% or less.
