摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is compatible for both an ultrahigh speed system by making its particle distribution sharp and is superior in low-temperature fixability, offset resistance, heat-resistant preservability, start-up properties of electrostatic charge, uniformity, and stability to an environmental variation, and provides superior cleanability, and to provide a developer and an image-forming device. SOLUTION: A toner composition solution is periodically discharged into a gas phase from a plurality of nozzles having the same aperture diameter, by means of a mechanical oscillating means, to make the solution changed to droplets, the nozzles which are formed in a thin film provided in a storage part which stores the toner composition solution, and then the droplets are solidified to form the toner concerned. In the toner, the toner composition solution comprises a toner composition which contains a binding resin, a colorant and a mold-releasing agent which are all dissolved and/or dispersed in an organic solvent; and the mechanical oscillating means is an oscillating means which has an oscillating face parallel to the thin film, the oscillating face longitudinally oscillating in the vertical direction; and the binding resin is a polyester resin formed by polycondensing an alcoholic component and a carboxylic acid component which contains denatured refined rosin.
