PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a boosting control circuit with a limited power when no sufficient power is supplied from a generator in a boosting device boosting a voltage of the power generated by the generator. SOLUTION: A boosting control part 121 sequentially starts respective function blocks and respective sub-function blocks in accordance with priorities set for a plurality of function blocks and a plurality of sub-function blocks, which constitute the boosting control circuit 120. The boosting control part 121 stops the function block or the sub-function block which is not required for boosting the voltage by the boosting circuit 110 out of the started function blocks or sub-function blocks.
