A BREEDING METHOD OF PEANUT WITH HIGH CONTENT OF OLEIC ACID AND HIGH YIELD

Provided is a breeding method of peanut with high oleic acid content and high yield, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing parental combination: selecting seed good in comprehensive property and high in yield and seed SPI098 with high content of oleic acid to prepare parental combination; (2) screening seed with high-oleic acid by means of pressure: measuring content of oleic acid in each seed of excellent single plant in early segregative generation, and selecting excellent peanut seed with high oleic acid content; (3) screening seed with high yield by means of pressure: planting the screened peanut seed with high oleic acid content in the next generation, and selecting excellent high-yield single plant in late segregative generation; (4) obtaining the peanut variety or line with high oleic acid content and high yield: breeding directionally via screening multiple generations with high oleic acid and high yield to obtain the new peanut variety or line with high oleic acid content high yield.
