Provided is a distributed processing system wherein a load of requests from clients are distributed, without the restriction in regards to processing status and processing performance of a transfer processing means. The distributed processing system is provided with a processing means for processing a request from a request means and generating a response, a storage means, and an interface which transfers the request from the request means to the storage means and transfers the response to the request means, wherein the storage means is provided with a first control means for determining whether or not the state management is necessary for the transferred request, a first storage means for storing the request which needs the state management, and a second storage means for storing the request which does not need the state management; and the processing means is provided with a second control means for detecting a load, reading the request stored in the first or second storage means in accordance with the load, and outputting the generated response to the interface.
