A stroller comprising a frame supported by wheels and a seat supported by the frame, wherein the seat is movable with respect to the frame against the spring force of springs. The frame is movable with respect to the wheels against the spring force of spring means. The spring constant of the spring means between the seat and the frame is smaller than the spring constant of the spring means between the frame and the wheels.
