FUNCTIONAL NANO CERAMIC COATING COMPOSITION AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A functional nano ceramic coating composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent workability, corrosion resistance, cohesive property, and solvent resistance. CONSTITUTION: A functional nano ceramic coating composition contains the following: 10~60 parts of organosilane by weight marked with chemical formula 1: R_1mSi(OR_2)_(4-m), or a partial condensate thereof; 0.1~10 parts of aluminum alkoxide by weight marked with chemical formula 2: Al(OR_3)_3, or its hydrolysate; 10~30 parts of C1~C12 alcohol by weight; 5~20 parts of colloidal alumina, colloidal silica, or their mixture by weight; and 0.1~5 parts of inorganic metal by weight.
