PURPOSE: A cloth treating apparatus is provided to prevent water remaining in the base unit from flowing into electrical equipment or flowing out during the transportation of equipment. CONSTITUTION: A cloth treating apparatus comprises a cabinet, a drum, a heat exchanging module, a drainage pump assembly(80), and a base unit(100). The drum is installed inside the cabinet. The heat exchanging module provides dry air to the drum through the heat exchange. The drainage pump assembly comprises an impeller and a drainage pump. The impeller and the drainage pump drain condensed water generated by the heat exchanging module. The base unit accepts the drainage pump assembly. The base unit comprises a remaining water exhaust pipe. |
