POLYMER COMPLEX HAVING COLOR EVOLUTION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polymer composite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the heat resistance by mixing a ceramic nano composite particle with a polypropylene resin, and to simplify the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A polymer composite contains a polypropylene resin, and a ceramic nano composite particle(10) mixed with the polypropylene resin. The ceramic nano composite particle is composed of a nucleus(11), and a coating layer(12) coated on the surface of the nucleus. A manufacturing method of the polymer composite comprises the following steps: forming the ceramic nano composite particle; melting the polypropylene resin; and melt-mixing the polypropylene resin with the ceramic nano composite particle.
