PROBE UNIT WITH EASY MAINTENANCE

PURPOSE: A probe unit is provided to easily maintain a probe block unit by separating a probe block from a probe unit. CONSTITUTION: A manipulator(120) is mounted along a front edge of the upper side of a unit base and includes a fixing arm protruded in one direction of the unit base. A circuit board base(130) mounts a probe circuit board which is electrically connected to an inspection device and includes a protruded part in the front direction of the unit base. A probe block(140) includes a probe and is connected to the probe circuit board.
