PURPOSE: A composition containing a vegetable fiber for making bread, bread products using thereof, and a production method thereof are provided to simplify the manufacturing process of bread dough. CONSTITUTION: A composition containing a vegetable fiber for making bread contains 100 parts of water-soluble vegetable fiber material by weight, and 20~100 parts of oils and fats by weight. The water-soluble vegetable fiber material includes more than 85wt% of plant fibers. The water-soluble vegetable fiber material is indigestible dextrin. The composition additionally contains an emulsifier.
