MOBILE TERMINAL, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MANAGING MISSING MODE USING SAME

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal, and a communication system, and a method for managing a missing mode are provided to grasp present state of use of the lost mobile terminal remotely if a user lost the mobile terminal, thereby it enables to easily find the lost mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A memory(160) stores missing information including a missing message for informing the lost fact. If a first communication function which considers a second terminal as a receiving side is performed in state where a missing mode is activated by the remote control from a first terminal, a control unit(180) transmits the missing information to the second terminal. The missing information includes control code which considers a pre-assigned address and the address as a receiving side. If a second communication function for response to the first communication function is performed in the second terminal, the control code considers the address as a receiving side.
