PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cuttlefish ink frozen soybean milk, a manufacturing process of a cuttlefish ink tofu using thereof, and the cuttlefish ink tofu are provided to improve the taste of the tofu by adding cuttlefish meat and a cuttlefish ink. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cuttlefish ink frozen soybean milk comprises the following steps: crushing soaked soybeans, and filtering to extract soybean milk; adding 100wt% of clear seawater and a constant amount of cuttlefish ink to the soybean milk; and vacuum packaging before low temperature sterilizing and freezing the soybean milk.
