PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fried skewered food is provided to prevent an oily taste of skewered food main materials using vegetable liquid formed with vegetable powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fried skewered food comprises the following steps: spreading curing liquid to a semifinished skewered food including meat, sea foods, and vegetable pieces(S108); dipping the semifinished skewered food to a vegetable liquid to coat the semifinished skewered food; and frying the semifinished skewered food for 30 seconds~5 minutes using a flying device in 170~250 deg(S114).
