<p>PURPOSE: A core manufacturing method, a trim manufacturing method, and a core are provided to ensure enough strength of a core by forming a deformed part for reinforcement in the core. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a core(14) comprises steps of: forming slits at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction to obtain core strips(22), rolling a metal strip without slits to expand the slits in the longitudinal direction and form space parts(24) so a first core material with the core strips and the space parts is obtained, and alternately forming convex and concave deformed parts for reinforcement in the longitudinal direction using a deformed part forming roller, wherein the convex and concave deformed parts form an S shape in the longitudinal section of the first core material.</p> |
