PURPOSE: A biosensor with electroactive polymer with bending behavior is provided to ensure high durability and lifetime of the biosensor. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor(S) for analyzing analyte concentration comprises: a bio-reactor which is able to sense analyte; a signal converter which is able to convert concentration information to signal; an electroactive polymer layer(A) with bending behavior by electric stimulation; and an electrode which is connected to the polymer layer. The electroactive polymer is electroactive hydrogel. The analyte is glucose.
