PURPOSE: A rail system with a slope control function for gravity falling drive of a vehicle is provided to drive an inclined rail section by the principles of the free fall by the gravity. CONSTITUTION: A rail system with a slope control function for gravity falling drive of a vehicle comprises a pressure device(110), a rail section(120) and a rail elastic support(130). The height of the rain section can be changeable in order to help a vehicle and train vehicle drive using gravity without an engine. The rail elastic support is formed on the bottom surface of the rail section. The rail elastic support elastically moves in order to control the height by using pressure.
