PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of grain syrup containing medicinal herbs is provided to comprehensively offer various effective component including essential amino acid to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of grain syrup containing medicinal herbs comprises the following steps: washing raspberry root, Pueraria lobata, Zanthoxylum piperitum, and other herbs, and drying; mixing all the herbs with a constant mixture ratio(1,2); extracting a mixture extract by inserting the mixture to a water bath, and heating in the water bath in 120~150 deg C for 24 hours; adding rice with five grains to the extract; fermenting the mixture in 30~40 deg C; heating the fermented product in 110~130 deg C, and extracting; and cooling the extract.
