PURPOSE: A slide pop-up type hinge structure of a portable terminal and the portable terminal with the same are provided to slide an LCD panel of the portable terminal to pop up the LCD panel at a fixed angle, thereby watching DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) based on needs. CONSTITUTION: A pair of folder insert members(130) are fixed to one side of a slide plate(120). A pair of folder insert molds(140) are respectively interposed in the folder insert member. A hinge shaft(150) is inserted into the folder insert mold. Both ends of the hinge shaft are inserted into a pair of shaft brackets(160). One side of actuators(170) is fixed to a slide base(110). The other side of the actuators is fixed to one side of the slide plate.
