PURPOSE: A virtual print drive module for synthesizing data of multi CAD(Computer Aided Design) environments, a PDM(Product Data Management) system by using the same, and a method for management thereof are provided to correctively manage each kind of documents and CAD drawings written in various CAD environments. CONSTITUTION: A client(100) converts a format of an original CAD file written through a certain CAD program into a preset standard file format. The client generates a converted standard file, and transfers the created conversion standard file with the original CAD file. A PDM server(200) receives the original CAD file and the conversion standard file, and a database server(300) stores the original CAD file and the conversion standard file.
