PURPOSE: A rapid hair coloring composition for preventing from staining on the skin and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to suppress oxidation and to reduce staining on the skin. CONSTITUTION: A rapid hair coloring composition for preventing from staining on the skin contains 32.0-97.57 weight% of aqueous part containing metal complex compound and polyol; a 0.1-3.0 weight% of tackifier having cellulose tackifier; a 0.1-8.0 weight% of dye part; 1.91-30.0 weight% of oil phase part having high quality alcohol, wax of high melting point, ester oils and natural oil; a 0.1-6.0 weight% of silicone part having silicone oil of cyclomethicone and dimethicone; 0.02-8.0 weight% of oxidation delay part having citric acid, maleic acid, and lactic acid; and 0.2-13.0 weight% of oxidation promoting part having urea.
