<p>To provide a means capable easily releasing twist of two or more guidewires passed through a guiding catheter without pulling out the guidewires. A twist releasing apparatus 10 has a shaft 12, a first tube 21 formed at the tip of the shaft 12 and has a first lumen 24 through which two or more guidewires 51 and 52 can be passed, a second tube disposed through a gap at the tip side in the axis direction 101 relative to the first tube 21 and has a second lumen 28 through the two or more guidewires 51 and 52 can be passed, and a connection portion 23 for connecting the first tube 21 and the second tube 22 so that the two or more guidewires 51 and 52 can be passed through the first lumen of 24 and the second lumen 28. The second tube 22 has a slit 34 that is formed in an axis direction 101 and can be elastically deformed. The connection portion 23 can be elastically deformed into a curved shape in the axis direction 101.</p> |
