The connector housing (1) is made of plastic material, has a male or female plug contact connected with a conductor of the cable, and two housing half shells (14), which are connected together and form a lug (2) or an annular groove (9) with rotary geometry. A bearing section is provided for the plug contact (3) on an end, and a protective sleeve (5,6) is formed in such manner and so dimensioned in the outer and inner diameters, that it simultaneously closes the contact with a complementary protective sleeve.
